About Shayda

Shayda Torabi is a Mass Communication major at Concordia University in Austin focusing on journalism and public relations. I live heavily in the music scene, drawing most of my inspiration and creativity from the wreckage that is live music. Some of the projects I have been a part of have been BlackLight Publications, promotion/management of bands. My latest project, Austin Wishing Well, is an event that hooks up local musicians with a platform to expose their music at events that are designed to raise awareness and support for local organizations in need of support. Basically, I love what I do, I love taking on new projects, and I love helping ideas get brought to life.
