Well, well, well…look who’s back with a new single! After busting out of Riker’s Island and completely destroying Birdman’s remix of “Fire Flame”, Lil Wayne is back with his first official single since being incarcerated back in March. This latest song, entitled “6’7’ (Six Foot Seven Foot)”, features new Young Money signee Cory Gunz and some very A Milli-esque production, courtesy of frequent collaborator Bangladesh. Wayne drops ridiculous metaphors left and right, including the unforgettable line, “I just got through that sentence like a subject and a predicate”. Looks like Wayne’s back for real this time. If this is any indication of what’s being cooked up out in Miami for Tha Carter IV, it looks like Mr. Carter very well may be showing up on more than a few awards shows in the coming year.
